Dr. Renate Klaassen told us about their experience at TU Delft.
| Dr. Renate Klaassen is a programme coordinator and researcher working at the 4 TU Centre for Engineering Education at TU Delft. She is also a Senior Research at the Delft Institute of Applied Mathematics for the PRIME research programme. Over the years, she has focused on a wide variety of (changing) Engineering Education Environments. Key interest areas have been English-medium instruction, Interdisciplinarity, Challenge-based education, Professional and personal development related to future engineering roles. More peripheral, maker spaces, an evaluative judgement, virtual reality systems, curriculum design, intercultural communication and assessment. Additionally, she has conducted numerous teacher training courses for the University Teaching Qualification Programme on Active Learning, Assessment, Intercultural and Project Oriented Learning, Spoken English for Lecturers. |
